Just a later follow-up: having read the abstracts of a number of
studies on diet and LH levels I still don't find anything on ways that
dietary changes could reduce LH levels, with the exception of fasting
or starvation.

To be safest, in case I missed something I have shared them with a vet
who is more knowledgeable than I.

Reducing LH levels is a way to reduce adrenal disease risk.
