7 months is awfully young for adrenal and just the right age to be coming in
heat for the first time.  Take her to the vet for spaying if you're not
planning to breed her.  She's probably either not spayed at all or not
spayed properly,even if you were told otherwise!  If you were told she was
spayed, go to where you got the ferret and bring the vet bill to get
reimbursed!
