Invalid E-Mail addresses

In reading the posts about Jean Smith, someone gave two E-Mail addresses for
Washington State goverment officials.  These addresses are invalid.  I tried
to send mail and received rejects.
 
The addresses are: "[log in to unmask]" (presumabably for Lt. Gov.)
"[log in to unmask]" (presumbably for Dir. Agriculture Div.)
 
I received rejects directly from Washington State Government computer.
