I spoke to the manufacturer of Natural Gold and found out the potato
starch is used as a bonding agent but is also digestible. Yesterday I
had stated that it wasn't. Raw potato starch is not digestible, however,
the starch used in Natural Gold goes through a process that basically
"cooks" it, therefore it is digestible.

When I originally spoke to the manufacturer, it was not clear that the
discussion referred to cooked or uncooked starch.

I apologize for the confusion.

Connie
