I just recieved a new beekeeping catalog and have all the information
now about the epoxy varnish.  My old can was gone so couldn't copy the
details.  It is called Camcote epoxy-ester coating, by Cambridge
Coatings.  $9.00 a quart from my friends at B & B Honey Farm.  Shipping
weight is 3 pounds, so UPS charges (S&H) would vary from $5.50 minimum to
close to $7 depending on your location.  It would be worth calling around
to paint stores to ask for it.
