a co-worker told me a tragic story today.. I was showing him pictures of
my RumpleMintze. He then told me his girlfriends ferret just died. She
was in her cage and must have been rolling and playing. Well there was a
hook on the door of the cage that caught the poor fuzzy in the eye. She
must have struggled to get unhook which made the hook go deeper. She found
her at an awkward angle in her cage and the hook had gone through her eye
and out her nose. She must have suffered terribly..It was a gruesome
death. I don't mean to upset anyone with this story but the first thing
I did when I got home was to check my fuzzies cage. I hope posting can
prevent any more senseless deaths.
