I had to grin at Worf's antics, Amy - it sounds like Katie is a model of
decorum and good behavior. Luckily (!) for me I had it the other way around
with ferrets - Potpie was the brilliant master magician, and since I got her
first I thought *all* ferrets were prone to prying open the toilet lids so
they could jump in, or to stealing select *parts* of my shoes, or to eating
everything in sight. But then I got Friday, and I realized that Potpie was
just a mad genius with an itch for trouble. Needless to say, the room
Friday, Noodle, and Easel live in is pretty much ultimately ferret-proof.
No, really. I'm not kidding. :) All thanks to my little rubber-, eraser-,
shoe-, cloth-, and Qtip-eating ferret, Potpie.

Melissa and Potpie, who HATES the snow - shame, since we have inches of it
