I have seen this ad on internet classifieds for weeks now and emailed the
woman once.  She has two hobs that she needs to give up for adoption.  I
believe she told me she had taken them in from someone else but has had
problems finding them homes and she cannot afford to have them neutered.  I
had said I might be willing to take them in but atm I have got misc vet
bills for adoptees and foster furkids and driving 6hrs to gainsville, fl is
just not going to be in the forseeable future for me (not to mention I'm
already doing a CUR run up to VA this week) - so!  If anyone within driving
range to gainsville might want two kids who will need to be neutered or
even can foster and neuter them then try to find them homes that would be
fantastic!  I'm sure she would appreciate it.  I can give you her email a/o
point the ad out to you if you're interested - just email me privately.
 
Also, has anyone had success putting a ferret on a diet?  I just don't see
how it will be possible without seperating him from his family!  I have 10
ferrets (ages 9 months to 4years - 8 of whom were rescues) and I haven't
had this problem before but little Seamus is so chubby I have to wipe his
little bottom all the time and he get callouses on his feet.  Other than
weighing almost 5lbs he is happy and active (except when he's laying with
his face in the food bowl pigging out - then he's only happy;) )
