just how fat & fuzzy are they supposed to get? We've only had our 2
ferrets (ages 3.5 & 2.5) a year and a half, and a year, respectively, so
this is the first time they've been on good quality food for an extended
period - last winter Chloe got pretty fluffy, & Ramone stayed the same as
he had been.

But in the past couple of weeks they have both put on new fluffy coats, &
are porking up something wicked (as we say in new england.) Ramone, who'd
always been 2.5-2.75 lb, now weighs over 3. And all they can do is eat,
play for a few minutes, eat some more, rest for a little while, eat some
more. We've ripped thru a bag of kibble (TF) in about 1/3 the time it
usually takes.

tell me this is normal.

thnx.
