First, Thank you to all who emailed me with happy thoughts for this
little one.

Now- good news- They got him throught the night, retook x-rays, did
surgery, pulled out the blockage, and cleaned him up. He will be on meds
for quite some time, as he has Peritonitis, as well as parasites of some
kind. They are getting alot of good things out of his rear end, and good
things into his front end- as of last night he was awake and eating. I
think they think I'm crazy. I call every 5 or 6 hours round the clock.
They patiently explain to me every time I call that he has a home, and
I patiently explain back that I understand, I'm just checking on him
because I care. So the vet tech who is adopting him will take him home
this morning, but he will be to work with her, and at least I know that
he will always get medical care!!

We may not be able to save them all, but it looks like we saved this
one!!!!

When you get a chance to be nice to someone, take it: everyone is hiking
uphill.
