Sorry.  Too long by 5 days...
 
We took in a ferret one morning that had just been purchased at a pet store
the previous afternnon.  This was a kid who bought a ferret without the
fathers permission.  The father made him give it up even though everyone on
the house including the father liked the ferret.  We did live in a area with
a lot of military folks and the father was very strict on discipline.
 
We don't really care about records like this though.  We don't want to get
into how many hours as its not helping shelter ferrets to want the shortest
turn in time.  That seems to us to be concentrating too much on the shelter
and not enough on the ferret.
