The dinner is just down the road from the hotel at a beautiful park.
We have reserved a lovely spot with room to play before we eat - if
you want a romp in the park!

What are the humans going to eat?

I told Mom that they could have some of my kibble, but she said no.  She
said something about Loosy Anne cooking.  I thought mom was doing that!
Do you know this LoosyAnne?  I don't think I know her.

When is it and what night is it?

We are going to go see some of Canada, but have to stay in our room on
Thursday because that is the day of the picnic.  It is on June 22, the
night BEFORE all the ferrety stuff begins.  Food will be served from 5 -
8, so people can have a belly food of food for the meet and greet!  And,
cause some of these people eat only veggies, there will be a lot of food
for everyone - and mom said they would have a cake for a king too.

All the money goes to help ferrets without homes, right?  Can Mommy
get a tax donation slip to send to the IRS people when she pays for
the dinner?

Your mom doesn't have to pay for the dinner.  Some people already did
and this is their gift to everyone.  BUT, if your mom will make a
donation to those poor ferrets, she can get a tax break.  SOS always
helps with this.  Any hooman who wants a paper slip can get one when
they donate to the ferrets.  In fact, a nice lady from MaFF will be
there to be sure they do.
