It seems as if some folks didn't recieve this info so I'm re-sending it to

Kodo T-shirts are on their way to me.
 
The shirts will have the picture of Kodo (caged) with Kodo the Kute above it
and Everyone's Ferret underneath, will be in by the end of the week.  The
wording is blue and the picture is black and white.

As a footnote.  GLFA has spent the last of the monies in the Legal Action
Fund to pay the attorney's fees.  To carry on any further is now up to all
the fuzzy lovers donations that continue to trickle in.  The coffers are dry
for the moment.  In order to go back to appeals court we have to have $400
for the appeal and $1000 per day's transcripts (3 days worth needed).  You
see the state figures if it costs enough, we'll give it up.
