HI!
I sent a post, this morning, but believe it was lost in cyberspace, so I
shall repeat the good news.... [No, it arrived. This one is slightly
longer so I'll use this one instead. BIG]

The 4 ferrets in Illinois are NOW the 4 ferrets in WISCONSIN!!!! ( We
are at full capacity, and could not take them permanently.)

Night before last, my hubby (affectionately known as "Zookeeper", on a
couple of the boards) and I took the hour drive, to remove the 4 ferrets
from the home they were in. They were being kept in a basement with no
natural light--Their cage was festooned with spider webs, although it had
supposedly been cleaned, on Thursday--their water bowl was so full of
sludge, it was nearly SOLID. The only place they(OCCASIONALLY!) got to
play outside their cage, was the bathroom--and it was tiny....

They spent the night here, and yesterday, Diane I. came from Wisconsin,
to claim her precious new little charges. She got to see our setup, &
meet our babies too. We had a WONDERFUL time!!! She was here seven plus
hours, visiting, sharing stories, and playing with the ferts--- and the
time just FLEW !!!!!

We are so comfortable with the person we have trusted these beautiful
lives to!!! One very important issue with us, is that bonded groups
never be split up.

A world of thanks to Rob & Lynn T., who helped us review the list of
prospective candidates, and choose the best home for this very special
group.
