Yes, absolutely!  I just finished reading both books, and they are great
for all ages.  They are charming, exciting, uplifting and just plain fun.
Younger kids might have problems with some of the technical jargon of
flying and boating, but then again, so did I!
 
Warning!  Have a tissue handy.  There is at least one passage in each
book where I challenge anyone on the list to keep a dry eye!
