Dear Scott,
 
My heart aches for you and little Pong.  Please know that you did
everything you could for Pong when he was here.  You gave him a wonderful
home, and provided for him so he lacked for nothing.  Sometimes, we are
called away, and there is no time for a good by.  While this type of
departure is hard on those we leave behind, the traveler is caught up in
a whirl wind of of activity and the trip to the unknown is swift and for
the most part, not long suffering.
 
You are in my prayers, Scott, and the world would be a better place if
there were more people like you.
 
Pong is in a safe place now, out of pain, and secure in the love you gave
him.
