I happen to know this little ferret personally. She's real. She's known
as "Mousie", although her given name was Daisy Warrior Princess. She's
'very' small with 'very' big ears; she's got absolutely no guard hairs,
only undercoat -- definitely unique. Bob Church met her at the Oregon
Ferret Frolic last year, and can attest to her being very different, very
cute -- and very much a real ferret.

Jeanne had seen a snapshot of her, which initially caught her interest.
Once she met her, she found her to be irresistible & asked to be a
'calendar girl'. I think the fame has gone to her ears :-)

She's even started her own webpage. You can see other pics of Mousie at
http://weazelluv.homestead.com/Mousie.html.

As to what the January ferret is doing at the computer -- he's checking
out Mousie's webpage.
