This Sunday, June 1st, is Cascade Ferret Network s 2nd annual Ferret
Awareness Day and Open House.  Drop by from 12 to 5pm, 3025 NE Hoyt,
Portland, Oregon.
 
This event is CFN's primary fund raiser for the year.
 
There will be lots of Ferret related raffle prizes, supplies, handmade
hammocks,  auctions and activities.
 
Specialty Theme Baskets:
*Ferret treats and toys
*Ferret owner treats, gift certificates, books and toys   you deserve a
 treat too.
*Adventurous ferret outfits, igloo, harness and supplies
*Two pounds of Godiva Chocolates and a personal trainer gift certificate.
*Variety baskets of many different quality ferret foods, and Products.
 
Silent auctions of ferret art:
* One of a kind hand made ferret figurine
* Ferret garden art statue and sun catchers
* Ferret cartoon
* Ferret comics/Prints
* Reproduction print on canvas of Leonardo da Vinci s  Lady with Ermine.
* Painted custom made cozy nestboxes
 
 
Activities
*Learn how to keep your ferret healthy and happy
*Test your ferret IQ
*Meet shelter hopefuls
*Play the Weasel Wheel of Fortune
*Make buttons from your favorite photo or enter our photo contest- call
 for details.
 
Vets will be available to examine your ferret ($5)
ADV testing ($15)
Micro chipping  ($25)
 
No admission charge (some activities have a small fee), healthy ferrets
in secure carriers outfitted with food, water, bedding, and litter pans
are welcome to attend.
