Looking for a vet in Boston

I am looking for a ferret knowledgeable vet accessable by the public
transportation from Chestnut Hill.  I tried MSPCA but they are so
expensive.  I called The Boston Vet but never heard back from them.  I
liked the one in Wayland but too far away without a car.  Someone mentioned
Dr. Harley of South Boston Animal Clinic.  I'd like to know if he is really
ferret knowledgeable.  I hope someone will respond to this post.
