Hiya Folks, and fellow fert lovers,

This may not be germain, but I thought I would share it.

10 years ago I was owned by a little female named Ferret Fawcet. I also
was under the spell of a large Irish Black rat named O'Reilly. One day
O'Reilly got out of his cage and I discovered the ferret and the rat
wrestling on the floor, and playing chase all over the house. Believe me,
that rat could out-climb and out-run that ferret, but kept coming back for
more. I watched VERY closely, as I thought the ferret would attempt to
kill the rat, but it never happened.

I told my vet about the incident, and he told me that one day the ferret
would come dancing out from under something, and the rat would not. He
was wrong. They were best buddies for 2 years, and after O'Reilly crossed
to the rainbow bridge, Fawcet really missed him.

I can still remember the 2 of them running up to me, the rat running up my
leg to sit on my shoulder and tickle my ears with his whiskers, and Fawcet
doing her war dance and dooking at him to come down.

I am sure that Fawcet and O'Reilly are really tearing it up together at
the rainbow bridge now, waiting for me!
