We got a phone call tonight from a woman whose sister has been taking in
unwanted ferrets in the Springfield, Missouri area.  She has 28 ferrets,
and now must find homes (temporary or permanent for all of them) due to
personal problems.  We are at capacity, and ECE exposed to boot.  Are there
any shelters and/or individuals out there who can help out?  We would be
willing to help with transport, but again, we are ECE exposed and that
would be a problem with any transportation we provided.  Please e-mail or
