If anyone else has ordered TF from Performance, have you had any
problems getting your order? I usually use Ferret Depot but they were
out of the TF Older so I ordered from Performance on June 12th and my
PayPal cleared the same day.....here we are at June 24th and still
nothing from them.....on Monday the 21st, I called and spoke with Liz
who was going to research the order and call me back but I still have
not heard anything.....this morning I emailed them but so far nothing
there either....I just checked my order and it is still listed as
"processing"...the only food our babies eat is TF and I think it's the
best on the market and it's what they will continue to eat, however I
am really disappointed with their customer service.....what it boils
down to is they've got my money, I haven't received my order and can't
seem to get anything from customer service....now the kicker is, FD
finally got it in stock from Performance, I ordered it from them
several days ago and it was delivered today.... I don't know what to do
at this point...anyone have a suggestion on how to get this resolved?
