Like many of you I work all day at a frantic pace. By the end of the day
I am exhausted and still face an hour long barely moving commute home.
Then a rush of chores. But I nearly always get in time for "my relaxation
technique". I put Zima on the floor to play. Then I take her four babies
and stuff them in my shirt and sit in front of the computer to answer my
mail. At first the babies squirm and cry, but slowly they settle down and
sleep. I reach in and softly touch a sleeping baby, pull one out to kiss
and love. Before long I am totally at peace. This is life.
