Is it possible for ferts to suffer from Hypoglycemia?

Here's the sypmtoms:

She's normal, healthy, active and alert. Approx 5 years old. She's small,
though I have no way to weigh her accurately, and her eating and un-eating
is normal. Seems to have a little ponch from the ribs back but I hear
that's normal for this time of year.

Randomly has watery eyes, with no apparent cold and she seems maybe a little
subdued in the worst cases. She usually gets three raisins at some point in
an evening, but no other sweets.

Once, and only once so far, have I heard her grind her teeth, and that was
just after I had given her a treet. The treat was just a piece of dog food,
shaped like spaggetti and not hard. I thought I heard her grinding, so I
picked her up and listened very closely and it was devinitely there.

I can get severe headaches from blood sugar fluctuation, so I was wondering
if it is known whether they can.

Or, should I be more concerned about Glocoma?

And, add my appreciation for the Vets selfless participation here. It is
greatly appreciated!

Wes and his trainer, Rascal.
