I know that you want some answers for Taz, and I only have commiseration.
We lost our beloved Taz to adrenal cancer and understand the agony of
watching these little critters suffer.  Towards the end of his life, we
found that he willing would drink lukewarm water that had been mixed with
his food.  It helped give him a little bit of energy and hydration.
 
I only hope that my 2 other little dustbunnies, Minny and Chubakah, don't
have to go through the same torture.
