Hi everyone.  I am currently living in starkville mississippi (i'm in vet
school at mississippi state) and am looking to obtain a pet ferret.  If
anyone knows of a local soruce - - please let me know as i've been unable to
locate one.  I would love to provide a home for an unwanted one but the
local pet shelter seems to be a cat & dog only affair.
 
I even tried e-mailing to some of the breeders that advertise on the net but
have not yet heard back.  Also, does anyone have info on these mail order
"net ferrets" are they (the breeders) any good??
 
any help you could provide would be appreciated
