I've been a sci fi fan all my life.  There is a "reward" called the Mid
Atlantic Fan Fund.  First prize is being dropped out of an airplane into
the ocean.  Then you are required to write a trip report about it.
 
We could convert that to the Mid Atlantic Ferret Fund and nominate
annoying people for it and offer the same first prize.
