I called PRI yesterday, and learned that the whole report will soon be on
their website.  They also won't mind if Jeanne Carley puts it up on the CDFA
website...they said they'd talk to Jeanne about doing that.  Only one
problem: it *won't* be up on their site before May 14th, probably, nor could
they provide me with an electronic copy anytime fast.
 
So Jeanne, *please*, get back to them and get permission to distribute the
report electronically.  I have a contact in the San Jose Mercury News who's
*very* interested, I've had EMail contact with my State Senator (Lockyer),
and I'd *really* love to mass-bomb it to all 75 or so F&G staff net
addresses on CompuServe...and that's just for starters.  I need this sucker
like *yesterday*, in electronic form...got an OCR setup of any sort, Jeanne?
