I had an idea for a ferret cage. My dog had a huge all wire crate with a
pretty secure door. and a solid steel pan underneath. Could I use this
as a "Ferret Hacienda"<G> for two ferrets(neutered hobs)? It was large
enough to house a 110 pound German Shepard.
Now for the second part of my message.
I have a hint for ferret proofing your house. This comes from
babysitting other's critters and kids, and you may have heard of this
allready. But in hardware stores and in the electrical departments they
sell plug fillers. (Little plastic caps that look like plugs with prongs
that fit into outlets.) They are smooth on the outside and can be safely
taken out by adults and they are ment to toddler proof a home from
electrical shock. They may keep your fuzzies from getting a punk hair do
or a "fur do" as it were.
