Well, like I say "if memory serves".  That time it didn't.  I have it
stuck in my head that you did SOMETHING for the anonymous posters before
you became moderator, though.  Was it that you provided an extra layer of
protection, or found a way to automate it?  Both?  Something else?  I
know that you are modest, Bill, but it's a list history thing -- so will
interest a range of people -- and besides it's bugging me trying to figure
it out from my old head.
 
[Moderator's note: I'm not sure my memory is any better.  I do remember one
thing though: sometimes Chris Lewis would have to travel and would leave
the list on "autopilot".  The anonymous posts would come to me during some
of those times and I'd forward them back to the list after stripping the
identities.  BIG]
