I use Seattle Filmworks and have used them for years.  They're a tad on the
high side for processing and prints, but the quality is very good and the
pictures on disk is a great service.  I've been very happy with them.  This
is where I've been getting my pictures I put up on the web.
 
Usually I use Seattle's free software to change the picture into a jpeg,
then use PhotoFinish (commercial, but not expensive) to crop and enhance
the picture.
