I may live to regret doing this but.... my other (better?) half and I are going
 to compile a database with all the FML "Introductions"  We'll keep the database
 on our website (www.ohioferret.org).  When we're finished it will be searchable
 by email address, name or person's location.
 
So let me tell you who we are.  My name is Lana Garten and my SO is Jeff Bogusz.
 We run Northern Ohio Ferret Association out of Cleveland, Ohio.
 
We are owned by 10 ferrets.  Our oldest is Charli, who is 5.  I got her when she
 was 8 weeks old. She's a little princess.  Our baby is Ruby Tuesday who we got
 from Jean when she bred Fudge.  (No, Jean doesn't breed.  It was a one time
 deal.) Ruby's a spoiled brat who won't allow any new ferrets in the house.  Two
 of my ferrets are shelter ferrets.  Booger and Tripod came from Ferrets
 Unlimited.  Three were given to us by friends who could no longer care for
 them.  Two of our boys (Chipper and Fletcher) came from pet shops that they had
 over stayed their welcome. They were about 6 months old when we got them
 (separately). And last, but by no means least is Chomper.  Chomper is a year
 old this week.  We got him from a pet store that had the good sense not to sell
 him to a couple who wanted to keep him in a 10 gallon aquarium.  With his
 bright red eyes, Chomper was a Valentine's Day present.  Chomper and Chipper
 are daddy's little boys.  They both come running when they hear his!
 voice.
 
Keep sending in your introductions and I'll start compiling them.  The database
 probably won't be ready 'til after the new year.  If, when it's done, you're
 not listed in it or listed incorrectly you can email me personally.  I'll post
 again in a few weeks and let everyone know how to use and access the database.
