I recently purchased the Breeder's Digest and much to my dismay all of
the breeder's are on the east coast.( I live in Arizona.) I'm originally
from Syracuse N.Y. and will be returning home at the end of August to
visit. I thought about waiting until then to purchase a baby but I'm
afraid I'll miss out as it seems now is the baby season. I have flown
two of my ferrets on the plane with me and they traveled better than I
did. (They slept through the whole flight and were ready for action when
we arrived.) I have never attempted to airship a ferret. I spoke with
one breeder in Maryland who didn't seem to enthusastic about the idea. I
understand as I don't particularly like the idea myself, but I don't know
what else to do. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this?
Please write and let me know.
Thanks!
