Sean's miracle is marvellous. Years ago before I became disabled I worked
with people with learning difficulties, some very severe. I often took
animals in to work to communicate with them and it worked very well. At
a very large show recently I met two other wheelchair users with ferrets.
Animals have a sort of inner link to 'special people' and I am sure that
they understand them better than we do. After all Dolphins know, don't
they?

On another note I have been lucky to have had 2 articles printed on
disabilities and ferret keeping recently. One is a 10 page article in
Uk's Go ferret magazine no. 5. and the other is in Disability Now magazine.
Disability Now paid me so now I have all the bedding and food taken care
off for my fuzzies for a few months. Living on disability my fuzzies
come first and are the only thing that keep me going most of the time.

This site was designed by my 20 year old daughter who suffers from a rare
brain condition called Psuedotumor Cerebri.
