When putting up a tree for the holidays you'll want to make it safe for
the little ones. If you use a life tree, don't put additives in the water
base as the little ones will be playing and drinking out of their new
waterbowl/toy.

Our tree isn't very tall (3ft) so that if the ferrets climb it they won't
have far to fall.

For decorations we use package bows. They are safe and they don't break if
they are knocked/fall off of the tree. I was very surprised how nice our
tree looked with just the colored bows.

Hugs. tle
