A quick note to say Kathy Gallagher at Celtic Ferrets took Vicki Simms,
formerly of Sunshine Ferrets, 6 hard to place biting ferrets.  One is to
become a permanent resident.  The other 5 will be worked with and handled
until we have determined they are ready for adoption.  At that time we will
work with Heart of Ohio Ferret Association and other local breeders and
shelters to help them find new homes.
 
This brings our rescue population up to 7 altogether.  We have 10 adoptable
kits who are 6 mos and 8 mos old.
 
The unadoptable ferret will join our personal ferrets and other rescues who
have become pets.
 
A special thanks to Heart of Ohio Ferret Association, especially Scarlett
Gray of Scarlett's Happy Dookers and Linda Harrah of Ferret Sense for the
help I've recieved in the last year in evaluating my kits, referrals for
adoptions, advice and information.
