Hi Amie,
 
Don't be to concerned with the "play" behavior.  This is just a way of
ferrets interacting with each.  Unless you witness screaming, poop flying
and such then just let them go on about their merry way.  If Panda isn't
happy with what Petey is doing she will fight back, or at least make her
unhappiness know.
