I noticed a post about a recently neutered ferret still showing signs of
being in rut.  It can take up to a month or more for all the hormones in
your ferrets system to dissapate.  Just because you had him nuetered does
not mean all the built up sexual hormones go away instantly.  As a matter
of fact, he does not know he is even neutered yet.  So watch him a while
before letting him play with the girls, there is a very rare chance that
he could still sire babies for a short period.
