[log in to unmask][log in to unmask], 13 Apr 2000 17:14:26 -0700571_- I have a problem...Heh.....Well..my family has a problem..I don't!

Now that there is a hob living under my roof, the ferret smell is quite
strong in the house. My wife is really upset about this.

So........I know there are electronic air deodorizers/freshners out there.
I know they are expensive, but they work. Trouble is, I can't find a
sin...

Thanks A ferret Momma

to using these? Would it be safer to use these instead of giving them
baths every two weeks? The spies want to know.

Well, spring has hit early this year after a very mild winter in the south.
While the warmer weather and the mild winter were appreciated, it does have
its drawbacks. Ticks and fleas.

For those that live in the country this can bode ill for ferrets. I have
already found two ticks on my ferrets even though they are kept inside.
Whether brought in by the dogs or one of us humans, I don't know. But they
are impossible to avoid this deep in the country. My vet said that I could
use frontline drops for cats. Was wondering [...]41_6Mar200009:31:[log in to unmask] 0003 9143 21 19_Re: corner [log in to unmask], 6 Mar 2000 17:02:17 -0700472_- >Do any of you know how to train ferrets not to go in the corners? I have

Hi list:

We have solved this problem by have litter boxes in every corner of the
house.

It will encourge at lease a couple of our six to do their thing in the
center of the kitchen floor.Or at least beside the boxes and plastic
runners and on the unprotected carpet. [...]44_6Mar200017:02:[log in to unmask] 0003 9165 44 7_Flaming15_Shannon [log in to unmask], 6 Mar 2000 06:09:39 PST435_- Hello all FML's

Okay my lurking days are finally over!! I have never written to this list
before and have been reading it for about 6 months now. And have answered
quite a few posts privately.

I have to start by saying that this does not apply to all and those of you
who it does apply to I believe you know who you are. I will refrain from
using names because if I did I would be no better than them. [...]38_6Mar200006:09:[log in to unmask] 0003 9210 11 9_Re: Petco14_Katherine [log in to unmask], 6 Mar 2000 18:55:57 EST426_- I have a comment to make about Petco. I don't know about all but the one

Hi everyone. I've been lurking for a few months now. Thanks to all of
you, you've been such a great source of information. I hope somebody can
shed some light on my problem.

I have 4 fuzzies, all between 5 and 6 months old. Baby, an MF sable, sems
to shake way more often then usual. They all get the shakes a little bit
when they wake up, but everytime my husband or myself picks Baby up, she
shakes. We are very gentle with her, don't pick her up roughly or anything
like that. Then, thinking she might not want to be picked up, we put her
down, but she'd rather be held while she's shaking.

We got her from the pet store about 2 or 3 months ago. She has a deformed
foot, two of her toes never separated, and they couldn't sell her. I guess
no one wants a ferret with a deformed foot. I know the owner quite well,
and I adopted her from them.

I've had fuzzies my whole life and have never seen this. My ferret
knowledgable vet says its probably nothing. I just hate to see her always
shivering. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Ashley and the Clan.
