There is no need for you to feel guilty.  You asked questions, you got
specific and promised results.  Now you know better than before, and if
you leave them with someone else, you will be more experienced.
 
Everyone makes mistakes, and the mistake was not yours.  What I hope you do
is write a letter of complaint to the manager and owner of the kennel, as
well as lodge a complaint about the care with your local Better Business
Bureau.  You could be helping out a lot of people by doing that!
 
Hopefully this kennel was not referred to you byy our vet?  If so, tell
them!  Well, actually, tell them anyway!  I know if I had to leave my
fuzzweasels somewhere, I would most likely ask my vet.
