Just a minor note...my child has recurrent eczema and, one time when she
was going through a bad time with it, the pharmacist told me that the
anesthetic used in Goldbond and Neosporin Triple Antibiotic (the ones that
contain Lidocain) is actually an aggravant to the eczema. You might want
to be sure you are just using the germ-killing (antibiotic) version and not
the one that contains the painkiller if your babies are having a problem
with sensitive skin. This was a surprise to me.
