Yes, there is 29% alcohol in the Bach Rescue Remedy.  I was told (but
please let me know if the info is wrong) that by leaving the Remedny open
for a while the alcohol would evaporate but the essence of the flowers
would remain.  I was concerned about giving him something with alcohol in
it too.  He isn't too interested in the Remedy but I leave it in a little
bowl just in case he wants to drink from it.  They have their regular water
bowl too.  Someone posted about putting a suction cup with a hook on it on
the ceiling and hanging a bobber from it.  GREAT IDEA!!!  A friend gave me
a toy that hangs from the top of the cage for them (yes my friends spoil
they also, it was a great well present for Butch when he was sick) but they
forget that they are "freedom ferrets" and not caged.  So I have this great
toy but didn't know what to do with it!  Now I do.  Butch and Maggie thank
you!
