Hello FML
 
I have a friend (two legged kind) who is writing a term paper for their
litigation class.  The subject they chose is the great California Ferret
Legalization issue.
 
Does anybody have information in the form of transcripts or copies of
letters to/from either the Gov.  of CA or MA?  (It was MA that recently
legalized ferrets wasn't it?...)
 
Either that or some websites devoted to the issue that could possibly
provide things like case numbers, F&G statutes and the like, or direct me
to the people who could.
 
The paper will be turned in, in CA itself, and discussed among law
students.
