I have received a request from someone who wants to adopt a ferret who has
already been exposed to the ECE virus.  They currently have one ferret who
is believed to have been through it already.  Understandably, they'd prefer
to adopt a second ferret who has already been through the illness in order
to spare an unexposed ferret some misery.  The person is located in North
Carolina but is willing to travel in order to adopt.
 
Please let me know if you know of any such ferrets available for adoption
or if you can refer me to a shelter in the south-east that has been through
ECE.
