nonono, not a new ferret - an addition on a house. I wish my own, but as
I don't own a house I must act out my wants and needs onto the house of my
ferrets. As Chimi and Pepe grow into the fine young HORSES that they wish
to be, they have run out of room in their cage. Oh the agony- do I have to
buy another cage?? I have one in storage...

hmmm...my mind started cranking and suddenly I realized I could combine the
2 cages!! Their current cage has a top door and a bottom door. The bottom
door just happens to meet the height of the door on their old cage. The
current cage is 3 feet high, the old cage is 18" high...Perfect, so I did
all this work, got the doors to match up and now, Pepe and CHimi have a
"rec room" that they stretch and roll in- It is funny. They act like it is
the most wonderful part of the cage. So there is hope for those out there
that don't feel they can afford a huge ferret mansion- you may be able to
add a smaller cage to the current cage and have a great addition of space.

Stephanie, Chimi(I think I'll have my dinner in the new "living room") &
Pepe(I'm thinkin pool table, hot tub, girls in bikinis)
