I had a couple of things about summer care I wanted to say. One, I got a
water spray bottle to wet the ferrets down for when they got hot (though
they hate to be wet), and found out that they *love* to drink out of it!
Either out of my hand, or right from the nozzle when I spray slowly...I use
it in the summer to water them every so often, so I know they are getting
water. Also, I got freezer packs etc. for them to hang near, and they
avoid them like the plague. They are free roamers, and if I put the packs
where they usually sleep, they will go elsewhere. Is that typical? Should
I just save them for the cage, when they have no choice?
Pediacubes sounds like a great idea, I will have to give that a try.
