The local dog and cat shelter let me know that they had a male sable
dropped in the after hours drop cages.  The typical protocol for them is to
be held for 72 hours.  I have not seen him and do not know any specifics on
him.  If anyone in the Fairbanks Alaska are is able to do some ferret math,
stop by and check him out.  I am at this point still ECE positive and do
not want to try to bring another one in.  My other site has all they can
handle although the ones in foster care are not ECE positive, he currently
has about 16 ferrets that he is housing for me until I can safely take them
over to the main shelter.
