"The times they are a changing." The US Army & Air Force Veterinary Command
issued a MMWR newsletter Jan 08,1999/48(RR-1)1-21 which states that they
accept and concur with the 1999 National Rabies Compendium issued by the
NASPHV and CDC.  Alaska is ferret friendly and a copy of this document
should be sufficient to gain access to base housing.
