I got one of those 'Furby' toys and Mako, the ferret made a grab for it,
just as he does with any stuffed toy he wants to drag behind the couch.
However, this is the first one that talked and moved when he did so..He ran
backwards and 'glared' at the Furby, then 'snuck' up on it and bit it..It
talked and wiggled its ears again. Mako wasn't sure how to deal with this
and circled the toy, then tried to push it over from behind. When a Furby
is turned upside down it sometimes goes 'Wheeeeeee!'. This was too much
for Mako, so he decided this strange animal just didn't act right, so he
gave it a wide berth. The dog had a similar experience with the Furby,
since he grabbed it and tried to walk off with it in his mouth, dropping in
in surprise when it moved and talked. He stood a barked at it for a while,
which only encouraged the Furby to move and talk more. The llama looked on
at this with this perplexed look.

Heh, these are great toys for around animals..As long as you don't leave
them unattended with them.
