It has been quite a while since I've been involved with helping to place a
ferret in need, I've even moved, but they still found me!!!!
I am in contact with a gentleman in NJ who has a young female ferret that
needs a home. From his description she sounds like a sable, possible black
sable. Under a year old, reports that she has her vaccines (I've asked for
the paperwork). The catch here is she appears to be a loner ferret. She
was placed in a home with another ferret, but they fought. The new owner
only gave the ferrets a day or so to acclimate, so I'm not convinced she
won't gradually work into a group. The gentleman was not sure if the other
ferret was also a single ferret or part of a group.
The ferret is free to a good home and I am more than happy to help with
transport if needed. I'll even take care of quarrantine if needed and
attempt to gauge her social skills with my group of boys. Anyone
interested, please contact me, the gentleman did not give permission to
post his name or info.
Hugs to all!
